Try deleting your playback folder in Documents/My Games/Company of Heroes Relaunch/.

Thank you, after download of this new steam version and reinstall of Eastern Front mod in this folder, it worked like a charm !

I had read a lot about installation for this mod but thought this new steam version was only needed if you had purchased the retail version of CoH ... which was not my case.
