bug or have curves hands?

I have a Soviet troops could not seize an empty gun, machine guns, even their guns can not.
When navozhu a cannon or gun shows no Tipo capture.
What should I do? ??? ???

Perhaps to wait for the release of update 1.30?

It was already stated that this bug will be fixed on the coming update. Won't be released before being tested and approved by Reborn guys. Release date: TBD.
