Correct me if Im wrong but constripts have 0 upkeep. Soviet upkeep is high, just like US, but they have no Supply Center. This makes Constripts great in long games. They can sit in a trench or a building all day long.

That's because you have to make pop cost an integer and conscripts aren't worth 8-9 pop.

They still have nowhere near the combat value of strelky though which are only slightly more expensive. Is it possible to make the execute ability actually kill a squad member but make the squad MUCH better in combat for a couple seconds?
