Hey up dude,
I had a look at the WH vs Soviets game and I'll try and give you some tips you might find useful. It was a good game without too many mistakes
First up, the game started going badly when you lost your MG at the 5 min mark and could not suppress the soviet infantry. That house was a really bad place for that MG. The house next to the middle VP is the best one to use.
Without the officer arty, molotov, flamers at the beginning , soviets have problems with units in buildings to begin with. An MG in a good building can hold out for ages.
No MP40s or flammer upgrade was another mistake that allowed his infantry to dominate easier. A single bike going around killing those inginiery would have been a good choice as well.
Also, you went fast Tier3 and when the puma got out it chewed up the infantry which was great, although you didn't use it aggressive enough possible cause you're used to infantry stickies and bren button. You could have pushed them out of cover for more effect.
Spaming Geschutz when he had no tank on the field was a mistake(especially since they don't come with an MG now at vet0). Some more pumas instead and/or nebel would have won it for you. Upgrading to 50mm would have sorted out the T70s.
Stugs in my opinion work better vs soviets.
last but not least...some mine placement is very useful against the rather fragile soviet infantry.
Edit: the cutoff point was left for too long depriving you of that +10 fuel longer than it should
I hope this helps you.

Watched both. Zerst is right with many of the wehr tips. You should've really gone blitz to make use of shreked stormies. Just one squad would've stopped him from circling you. The Puma 50mm is excellent as well but sometimes has trouble hitting M8 type vehicles.
The PE game was harder to judge. You would've crushed his infantry had your first AC survived but then the sherman problem remains. Perhaps you should've gone TD and put up some tellers?

Hey guys, thanks for the replies.
In response to why I got 2 gwagons instead of another Puma is because of a possible Soviet Sherman. It was how I lost the first game as PE. He called in a Soviet Sherman, I only had 1 maurder up, and it was gg from there. Also, I wasn't sure that an up-gunned puma could reliably take out the T70, but in any case, I needed to prepare for a possible Sherman anyway, and up-gunning the puma just makes it a lot worse vs infantry. Therefore, I am unsure if I really should have made another Puma instead of the Gwagon.
Storms are expensive and high upkeep, doctrinal, less mobile than vehicles (such as Gwagon / StuG), and cost 150 munis for dual shrecks which might be dropped, and fragile without vet, so I really don't trust them.
Mp40s are really a luxury which can't be afforded sometimes, and the volks never seem to survive the charge to close range anyways. Correct me if I am wrong, but the upgraded conscripts seem to be on par (perhaps a little less strong) with vet 2 grenadiers. I simply don't trust my volks charging them, especially since the commisar has a strong ppsh to fend off close range assaults anyways. I'd rather shoot afar from green cover.
Perhaps Zertoster was right that I need to be more aggressive with the Puma however. I'd like to get 2 things confirmed before I get really aggressive however.
1) Does the puma really do more damage at close range? In my experience the puma still seems to do around the same amount of damage at max range (provided they aren't in green)
2) I feared being too aggressive because of the possibility of a PTDR team. Do the PTDRs have a chance to miss the puma like all other hand-held AT weapons? I can't tell because there's no "projectile animation".

Unfortunately, until you start using storms your T3 strat will be countered by these quick vehicles most times. In Stormtoopers we Trust. You had the spare manpower and munitions to easily afford at least one squad.
Weapons damage isn't affected by range, only their accuracy. Almost every weapon in the game is more accurate at closer ranges, with the exceptions being snipers, bofors and perhaps a few others. Specifically, the puma has 0.5 long range, 0.75 medium and short range accuracy. It has no negative modifiers against airborne armour either, making it an excellent weapon against upgraded Russian troops. It is heavily affected by cover though.
The puma upgun has 0.75 long, 1.0 medium/short acc with a 0.5 modifier for infantry and airborne armour types. This means it will hit and kill an infantryman approximately every two shots. It will also always penetrate an M8, Stuart or M10s as well as shermans from the rear (0.4 chance from the front). With vet 3 they do the same amount of damage as a Panzer 4 main gun (which only has a 0.6 chance to penetrate a sherman from the front).
*These accuracy numbers are halved when the puma is moving, but are unaffected by the target moving.
The PRTDs fire the same projectile type as a bazooka, you just can't see it. Bazookas are one of the few weapons able to reliably hit the puma's phase armour so these do as well. The received accuracy debuff still applies though.
NKVD have about the same total firepower as a gren squad with low health per man. Remember that, as you kill members, total squad firepower drops. The elite armour on grens MASSIVELY improves their armour and makes them much tougher than an NKVD squad. You shouldn't charge with volks anyway, find a way to lure him to you using an MG42/sniper/other irresistable target. Or if there's a lot of clutter, cover hop until you're in medium range and fight him from there.

MP40s are more of a defensive measure against soviet infantry trying to flank your MG eg. the command squad firing up.
Flamer is always a must in my opinion while playing any faction. vs soviets they seem to crit the low health squad members like crazy.
And, I didn't see you spend any ammo in the game so, you definitely had enough for upgrades.
Storm troops can deal with the soviet sherman very well. Its also why I think the Stug in 1v1 is the better option cause it can deal with most things unlike the Geschutz

And the geschutz isn't so great now. But I suppose neither is the Stug.
