I can answer some of those:
1. Remanning Equipment and Retreat have not been fixed, this has been announced that it will be released in 1.2
2. New problems with the patch were fixed in 1.11 from 1.1. However, there are still a couple bugs that are being worked out.
(One of those is that the L-L Sherman has a graphics bug, and it's turret won't appear unless you have Shader and Model quality on high.)
3. The mortar has a crew of 4 to start with, and is quite a normal mortar. HOWEVER, if you upgrade the mortar, it gains a 5th member and has the super power effect of all 120mm. I'm not sure, but I believe it also gives it a slight range bonus?
4. The team implemented hard caps to prevent CPUs from spamming call in units mostly. Conscripts were put on cap to prevent players from making endless lag creating mobs that just overrun everything.(They are capped @ 5)
5.Lend Lease Sherman was put in for a replacement of Vehicle Recovery by Mechanics. The mods felt that the ability was much too like the PE's, so they replaced it with a medium early tank call in.
Some more things:
Many tanks were reskinned (<3 the new SU-100)
Some maps were edited (Example:Moscow)
Guards deem to be much more effective now.
