Hello, first of congratulations on an epic, epic mod. Trully one of the more polished and quallity mods released as of late. Having extensivelly tested it with a friend of mine, the ballance that it has been given is astonishing, true that most of the russian unit can not hold a candle to the germans, but after all, they are more, pure and simple. Now onto the subject.

Polish and balance suggestions:
No, not for Poland :P . It came to my attention that a lot of the units had little to no idle animations, and this was a really big turn off, because I am just use to seeing soldiers standing around, talking, artillery crews checking the gun and so forth. Quite noticeable was the Firebase, with it's frozen in place operators. This could be remedied by using some of the existing idle animations that the game has, mixing and matching some from the different factions. If there is a way to animate the Commander as he looks through his binoculars, that would also be very good. Also, models for destroyed parts of vehicles, while testing, I noticed that once my main cannon was destroyed on all russian tanks, it did not change into a model of a destroyed one, but rather remained unchanged, if there is any way to remedy this, please do. Also the ISU Jugernaut is rather underwelming when put up to a King Tiger, given the fact, that they seem to have equal fire power, but the ISU has over three times to refire speed, I understand the delay, but wouldn't it ballance out if the damage was upped to that the noticeably larger shell actually feels more deadly, and gives a chance to the tank to stand up to a king tiger, as it stands all tests made between the two vehicles have ended in a defeat for the Zveroboy, due to the lower firing speed and maybe slightly less health. A very slight increase of damage to the conscripts is also something which would help, in my oppinion, given the fact that it currently takes 2 squads of them to take down Volkgranadiers, I'm not saying make one squad kill them, but the ratio was: Russians: 1 conscript squad( all dead) / Germans: 1 volkgranadier  squad ( 1 dead soldier) . A slight increase is all I am asking for, or maybe an increase in health would also work, given the fact that most soldier in the squad drop dead very fast, if they had slightly more staying power, they might ballance out better. Make the Firebase all so slightly more accurate, as it stands, bombarding an area, with around 10 shells, resulted in only a single one, landing anywhere close to the marked objective, if they were 2, I would be happy, yes I understand that they have random accuracy most of the time, but a very slight increase is all that is needed. Yes I know all of my suggestions dus far have been " slight buff to the russians" .

Campaing Ideas:
Currently working on concepts and doing research, sadly I can not provide any reading material in English, given the fact that my uncompleted novel is only in my native language, but the fact that a publisher took notice of it might be sufficient to show that I have writing potential. At the moment I am interessted in knowing what type of story are you focusing on, a more large scale one, simmilar to the fisrt company of heroes, or a more personal story, akin to Tales Of Valor.

You want more HP for constripts, more acc. for firebase, firepower of ISU closer to that of a KT.

But these things make the russian army unikue.

Constript upkeep = 0. Thats the best ability that They have. With 8 rifles they also have comparable firepower to volks. Finnaly they cap faster than volks.

I think a larger aera of effect is what ISU needs.

Firebase should be compared to a 25lbs (rarelly build). Soviet gun does more damage, has longer range and fires more shells.
Its the best gun in the game when youre fireing into the fog of war becouse 1 shell is enough to kill a whole squad of PG repairing.

No, you don't get what I mean, yes I agree with you, what I am saying is that an extremelly slight buff would be good, say if the conscripts health = 1 , my suggestion is that they make it 1.2 . Following same logic for the other aspects.
