Issue using voice chat software
« on: March 16, 2010, 12:49:08 PM »
For some reason as soon as I launch the game (or the launcher) it stops my push to talk key from functioning when using voice chat software (tried with ventrilo and steam).

If I alt+tab back into windows it'll function again but as soon as the focus is back on either eastern front or the launcher it stops functioning again.

I've tried setting it to various different keys, a mouse button and even tried swapping my USB keyboard for a PS/2 one with no luck.

I'm running 64-bit Windows 7 if that helps.

Thanks

Hi welcome to the forums

You need to Run your Voice Chat software as a administator.

Right click the shortcut, Properties, Compatibility then tick the run this program as an administator

Thanks, I'll give that a try tonight.
