I was wondering if anyone else has had issues with doctrine selections. When I chose a Strategy whether it is Propaganda, Urban or Breakthrough, I am unable to chose any of the bonuses. Instead it just shows a blank menu with nothing to click on.
So now I'm left with a chosen strategy but all of these CP just building up and doing nothing since I can't spend them.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still nothing is fixed.
Am I the only one with this problem?
