... Yknow... I've been laughing helplessly over this one series
of posts... lol... sigh... correcting other's mistakes while making
a crap load of his own. Need to fix keyboard... yea, keep
 telling yourself that :)

 - But he's SO right about the SU85. I think the thing
actually, is that they're trying to give every unit a
'buff' (What's the IS2 buff, then?). (top mounted MG
 would be nice)

I think a more appropriate buff would be to give that to
T34/85 but it HAS to be after the 85 upgrade, and make
it somewhat expensive (250-300 ammo?). As it came
quite late in the war, I believe. I think it's the bedspring
 armor :)

for SU85 give it improved ammo. If that makes it too
powerful, then simply NERF the initial gun values, and/or
make it an ammo click (like US AT Tank gun)(I know,
russians don't use up ammo)(But the equivalent, with
 a timer, then) :)

No graphics needed, more appropriate :) Everyone happy :)

I think SU85 are a wee bit too powerful right now?

: I think COH and Men of War are great games. Different,
but great. I think COh is a nice mix of playable though :)
I'd at least like an attempt at realism, though? :) mm?
You know, there are many people in the country today who, through no fault of their own, are sane. Some of them were born sane. Some of them became sane later in their lives. It is up to people like you and me who are out of our tiny little minds to try and help these people overcome their sanity

To the OP, I think you should look at vanilla CoH and then see why our goal is not strict historical accuracy to the finest details.

Vanilla CoH ranges weapons that spanned the whole war into 1 'pool' the most interesting and iconic units are picked and chosen for the simple reason of making the game fun. Obviously historical accuracy is something that is nice to achieve, but its a balance between game balance - fun - and realism.
