EF Steam Version v2.3.1.0 same as the Launcher Version ? And in progress ?

Hello. Ive got a Alphe/Beta Access Key for your EF mod onto Steam a few ... years ago 

Now im a littlebit confused is the EF mod for Steam still in progress ? Ive downloaded it and i can start ..... it shows me v2.3.1.0 but your Launcher Version is v2.3.0.0 ?
(using New Steam Version)
