IS-122 anti infantry power
« on: November 01, 2009, 07:13:08 AM »
Considering the size of the IS-122's main gun, 122mm will each shell be like that of a 105 howitzer or for balance well it be like that of a tiger. How will the IS match up vs a tiger1.

Yea, I have been asking that question as well.
Is the IS2 a Panther (weak on sides, anti-tank only)
or is it more of a rounded up unit (Pershing/Tiger).
Solid all around, as good with AP as HE (as above).

I suggested slow reload times (historical) as a deterrant.
Making it be more of an assault tank would give reasons
 to use T34's.
You know, there are many people in the country today who, through no fault of their own, are sane. Some of them were born sane. Some of them became sane later in their lives. It is up to people like you and me who are out of our tiny little minds to try and help these people overcome their sanity
