Why not replace the Medical truck by a Zis-5 truck? (for transport), who could be upgraded in:
1) Medical (like the EF's Zis-6) 2) light AA gun (who could hit infantry and planes) 3) Ammo ( It could put mines, each upgrade would cost about 75 Muns 10

You can do "Edit", and add "DCA State: wrecked".
But I think you'll have a grey incon or a white square one the map. I will test it.
