Okay, I signed up for the forums just to answer this question, albeit a little late.
I'm quite experienced with Wineskin, seeing as I didn't have a Windows machine for a while, and I'm a gamer.
As far as I can tell, there is no way to run a seperate exe in an already made wrapper, unless you're some coding genius. The only way I could figure would to manually place all of the EF files in their appropriate folders, and edit the launch options of CoH to run EF.
The best people to ask would be the guys at PortingTeam (sorry, not trying to advertise, just help :x), they'll have a definitive answer.
