Really? (Ouch?) Maybe my version of EF is messed up. I added skins and play offline for the most-part. I'll have to check my game when I get home.

We need a Reichstag/Berlin centre map, or Seelow Heights. Hopefully the contest winner will do one of those.

Both are included since 1.0.. ;)

What a fail for me...wow...I had this mod since you guys released it, wow.

But in that case, for the contest, can we hope for a Sevastopol map?

It was a loose term referring to the German forces on the eastern front. Heer means "army" in German, Wehrmacht meant "military" or all branches combined, so if anything Wehr in vCoH should be called Heer, or Westheer, or Westen Heer.

When having a release with 2 factions, they have to be either structurally similar(US and Wehr) or symmetrically balanced(PE and Brits). If you give one side a cloakable, sniping unit you will have to give the opposite faction a similar unit.

I can definately see the 1-mans Wehrmacht sniper returning, with possibly an addition ability or reduced cost to balance out the Soviet sniper team.

lol we had Pershings in 1944 France in CoH1, it would be nothing new but Relic has already stated that the game will take you from 1941-1945, from the German invasion to the ultimate victory in Berlin.

Just ignore the warnings it gives you, the trial will never run out. I have never paid for WINrar and i've been using it for years.

You cannot install the game without WINrar.

Thats because they use vCOH sounds and since no one has any new sounds or has any willing voice actors, we are all stuck with this :P. Just like EF's SU faction uses a mix of Russian US faction sounds. And Ostheer will have a mix of German sounds :P.

Did they give up on re-voicing EF? It shouldn't be that hard, unless they want them to speak english with Russian accents. Besides I am sure MC won't leave it at that.

EF will always be my true love but my god is MC balanced! They did a great job here! Ofcourse lots of things need polishing(109 Paladin's refer to themslves as Shermans, lol) but I have never seen an initial release so well-done, complete and bug-free for any mod before. Congrats guys, and thanks.
