Try lowering your video settings from ultra to high or high to medium.

thanks, but the 3 computers run the game on low graphics since we suffered from lag

crash every time only on multiplayer game, skirmish by my own seems to work fine, al least for now, 3 players, 2 soviets 1 american, 3 panzer elite Hard AI, crash randomly.
