Bugs & Tech Support / an uncovered cannot play error HELP!!!

when i click to open the ef mod i get a message saying cannot find the language directory for ef using the default language(English) 
, i click OK.
then the check for updates, play, news etc. screen appears, i click play and nothing happens so i click check for updates and i get another message this one says ef has encountered an error and needs to terminate any work you are doing will be erased etc. then it all shuts down and the same thing happens again and again.
i have the most recent COH patch and have all versions of company of heroes as i have the anthology, i have also erased all ef data and re downloaded multiple times please help me i have no idea whats happening
