Hi ! I need some help too...
I installed EF in the right folder :
F:Steam/Steamapps/Common/Company of Heroes
(I'm a steam user and my steam games are in this directory).
I updated the game until the 1.2.3.2 (same destination folder : F:Steam/Steamapps/Common/Company of Heroes)
in the end, the updater says that "eastern front mod is up to date" but when I'm trying to launch the game, I've got this message :
Unable to locate Company of heroes directory
Did I do something wrong ?

edit : I solved the problem :
the COH directory in the launcher settings wasn't the good one.
I fixed it and it works by now.
