Bugs & Tech Support / "0_FULL[1]" file extension?

Good evening,
I downloaded EF 2.3 from moddb.com. I tried to launch the downloaded file but my pc says there is no program which can open that file. So I checked the file's extension and it is: "0_FULL[1]" and not an .exe. I tried to open it with WINRAR getting this message: "the archive is damaged or file's format may be unknown". Can anyone please help me? Thank you all in advance guys

P.s. My COH is the New Steam Version, which I downloaded one week ago from Steam website.
