My bet for a new World War would be that it is started between Israel and Iran. The United States will follow Israel, North Korea will follow Iran and one by one more country's will join in.

You could try the following: Supreme Commander, sci-fi setting but truelly an epic scale (think insanely large maps and armies) Alexander, based on the film. The game is a bit like AoE but with a way higher pop cap (somewhere in the 10000 if I'm not mistaken).

I know that the idea has been rejected for gameplay/balance reasons, but I'd like to point out that the wikipedia link which the OP gave us mentions the fact that the Sturmtiger did operate on the eastern front (warsaw uprising) (and yes, I know wikipedia isn't the greatest of sources).

Well abuse of power is always a poblem. When one person has all of it, history tells us what will happen (totalitarinism, 1984 anyone?)
But Im sure there are numerous "Annos" so they keep the other "Annos" in check and in balance (like our gov in the US)
No offense, but I think your point lost a lot of power when you mentioned the US government (or pretty much any government for that matter). Check and balances and a devision of power is a good concept. It works less well however when the people in those positions just work together and tend to 'forget' that they have to do their job of actually checking and balancing the other.

Is the T-34 less efective than infantry
Most likely depends on what you are facing and to which infantry you are comparing it.

SOPA and PIPA has been dropped from both the House of Representatives and the Senate!
From what I heard, they are just postponing the vote about it. Not withdrawing it.

Just to answer one that wasn't answered yet. Speed posted a pick of model racing cars on page 4. The game was Revolt if I'm not mistaken.

From what I've gathered, bayonets were first introduced to give soldiers of the line an effective weapon against charging cavalry. Also, given the nature of the muskets soldiers used back then (think 1700-1850ish) they fought in the packed battle lines we know from the Napoleonic wars and such. When charging such a tight line of soldiers a bayonet will be effective (hell, it's really hard to miss an enemy when your running at a wall of them). However, when muskets became replaced by rifles, the need for close formations deminished, lowering the effectiveness of hack, slash, and stab weapons like bayonets.

First a disclaimer: I am not a racist nor do I believe in any possibly mentioned stereotypes, these jokes are just meant for entertainment.
-Your momma is so fat, she plays pool with the planets. -A man was on the bus, then the bus driver said: get off my bus -What's written on Mario's grave? Game over -What are ten black people in front of a white wall? A bar code
The following jokes are about Hitler, WWII, Jews and other related things, if anyone is offended, please say so and I will remove these. As before though, these are not meant to be serious, nor is any insult intended with them.
-How did Hitler die? He had a heart attack when looking at the gas bill -How did Hitler's wife die? She stepped under the wrong shower -Why does a German shower have 11 holes? A jew only has 10 fingers.

EF doesn't change vanilla (not counting a few needed exceptions). What you experienced is a rather unique thing I think so EF won't change the para's
