OK i got it 

but actually I just want to run 2 mod at the same time .. like EF as a primary and another as seconday , not to modify or mess with the EF .. lol

Hi ... I want to use another mod (like unlimited popcap mod) while playing EF .. so I download , place in the COH folder and edit EF_launcher shortcut as "D:/Program Files/Company Of Heroes/EF_Launcher.exe" -modname XXXXX -dev

but when I run the EF launcher .. It ask me to log in as Developer .. what should i do (I click cancel and the XXXX mod doesn't work)
