Balance Discussion / [1.04] "Non-capturability" of guns between Sovs and Gerries

Well... I read the info that German could not capture guns of the sovs and sovs could not capture guns of the gerries... yet some minutes earlier I witnessed a unit of volksgrenadiers kill the crew of mortar unit of mine... and capture it... when even I as a russian can't capture my own guns when the crew is killed... so I think something is wrong there codewise...

and as I have read elsewhere... these wermacht bikes are too powerfull vs early russian infantry...
