IMO the tiger ace is already powerful against inf, and I would much rather see a longshot ability

I doubt anyone noticed but I've recently been absent from the forums. This is because of an awesome new game i think all you WW2 game diehards out there will lose it for (you know who you are). This game is essentially a fps but you drive a WW2 tank around and kill each other. You have a crew that gains exp and becomes more efficient (for example a loader would load faster), the tank itself (which you upgrade with better equipment as you research then purchase), and a credit and research point system.
You can chose between American, Russian, and German tanks (french and British are in the works so I heard). These incluse (I believe, everything seen in CoH and more. From the kv to the tiger and pz3 to the m5 Stuart and Pershing. And much more. I don't recall the exact number but would guess about 70 with more on the way. you work down the tech tree which is basically divided into 3 groups: light, med and heavy armor, tank destroyers, and SPGs. after each battle you gain experience (used as research points) and credits (used to purchase researched upgrades and new tanks). you get one life and duke it out on teams of 15. I hope that advertising games isn't frowned upon. I truly thought it was an exceptional game and hope I can convince a few of you to try it. I must warn you, the finer points of balance are still WIP. Some find Russian op. Give it a try. Anyway hope to see a few of you on there sometime. By the way its f2p (unless you want premium which hardly anyone bothers with), and signing up is free. The beta (which is what I was participating in at the time) just ended in march or April, i don't remember time flies with school) and has been released for awhile. You can look me up as ArithianFlame. 4
Bugs & Tech Support / V 1.4 Issues« on: May 27, 2011, 07:58:59 AM »
Noticed there isn't a topic for the new update so I thought I'd start one. I noticed a small problem with the new tiger ace call in button. Its bright pink. I don't know if that's because there hasn't been a tab specifically made for it, or if its an actual bug. On the side, what happened to the 2v2 Tannenburg map? I probably missed that in other news, but thought I'd ask.

For those of you who are still interested...
I did some digging and found that, at the moment, its expected that the Supreme Court will rule on this case sometime in June. Its too soon for it to be confirmed however. I will keep posting as information is given. Also, I came across a story posted by some advocate for the ban. Apparently some kid jumped off a 19 story building when he got grounded. His logic is were all going to either kill ourselves or go on a killing spree. 6

But why must it overshoot? If its that easy to adjust for, can't you just put the spread where its targeted? For me and other people like me, I dont like having to spend precious seconds calculating the proper location. By all means keep accuracy low and spread high. I'm not sure if I'm coming through clear and don't want to sound like a whiney noob, but I forget to account for it everytime.

Whats the difference between that and making it more accurate? IMHO it would be nice to increase accuracy, so it hits in the general area, but increase spread slightly, making it more survivable. As it is, its impossible to hit anything moving anyway.

How does it randomely generate? Is it randomely chosen in the beginning of the game or when its created? When I called in a tiger, I got the same dark green camo everytime. I kept driving it into at guns to see if it would change.

A quick question. I recently acquired a skin pack from Happycat. The instruction told me to make a backup of the file WW2Art.sga then paste his file into the CoH archives folder. After making a backup of the original should I delete it and then paste the new one in? This is my first time.
Thanks for anything you can contribute! 10

Because we always need something to blame. It conveniently shelters people from the fact that maybe they're just bad parents, or maybe someones just a bad egg in the bunch.

Ostheer Suggestions / Re: Ostheer - Mobile HQs« on: January 16, 2011, 05:12:15 AM »
I'm almost positive there was a thread for this. If I recall, it was thoroughly smashed, chopped to pieces, and then burned for good measure.
Edit: I found it again, but I don't know how to post a link.. (sad right?). I just searched 'Ostheer relocatable'. It came up as "relocatable bases" 13

1. Is there a good site where I could find details regarding installation of skins?
2. How can I make a personal mixup, such as happycat's? 3. How can you make them randomly generate? I am completely new to this (never even heard of it before today) and would love to learn. Thanks! 15
