I'll sort these out:

Nr. 1: Removing PzIII and PzIII Long Tom, combineing into the PanzerIII, that can upgrade to:

-Start as PzIII Stubby-
-Upgrade to flammpanzer-
-Upgrade to AA-Panzer-
-Upgrade to Long-Tom gun'

2: Gerbisjagers now only have the 'Throw Bundelled greande' and 'Pop smoke' Ablitty.

My first try at a OH Concept.

The Ostheer is a highly Customisable faction. It can be made the Ultimate-Offensive Faction, or the Ultimate-Defensive Faction in a matter of Fuel, Munitions and Manpower.

Now, The Ostheer works like

Now, First Building, HQ.

The Ostheer HQ is a Reskinned Wehrmacht HQ. It can build a variety of units & upgrades.

Unit 1:

Panzer-Pioneer

- Pioneer designed to Work alongside Vechicles, can build a Variety of Buildings. Can Build a variety of Defensives, includging,

-SandBag
-SandBag Bunker - Light bunker weaker than WH Bunker, armed with 2x Kar98k Riflemen and 1x MG42.
Mines - 25 Munition.
Barbed Wire
Czech Hedgehogs
88mm Bunker *REQUIRES DOCTRINE: PANZER-STURM-KOMMAND*

The P-P comes in a squad of 4. They have 4x Luger-P08 as a Weapon. They cost 260 Manpower to train.

The P-P Then can build Tier 1, The

Konscription Bunker, a Reskinned Medic Bunker. Can build a ariety of Units, Including,

- Volksturmm Miltia

Volksturmm Miltia cost 400 Manpower - This may seem alot, but when you train this 6-Man Squad, they come out as 2 Sqauds! [12 Men], They are armed with 5x Kar98k and 1x MP40.
Upgrades: SturmGruppen - Upgrades the men to a SturmMiltia Trupp. Armed with 6x MP40, and  can now throw Model 39 Stielhandgraten's.

- Bunker-Buster Infantry

4 Man Unit, costing 420 Manpower, They are armed with Model24 Greandes and Satchel Charges, and 4x Kar98k.
Ablitys:

- Assault! Throw a M-24 Greande.
- Sabotargue! - Plant a TNT Charge.
- Buner, Up ahead! - Go Camolfague.

Last unit, V-W Kubelwagon

360 Manpower, Armed with a Single MG-42 GPMG.
Unit: Sturmoffizier - REQUIRE PANZER-STURM KOMMAND DOCTRINE

OH Equilvent of a Command Sqaud. 15x Unarmed Russain Prisoners making a shield infront of a SS-Officer, with 2 SS-Privates with Kar98k's watching over them.
Costs 500 Manpower. and 12 POPCAP.

Tier 2: Support-Kommand

MG-34

Light Machine gun, instead od Deployable, is carried by the man. 4x Men, 2x with MG34 and 2x with Luger. 360 MP.

Scharfschütze Von der Ostheer

Elite Sniper team, 2 men, 1 armed with a Scoped Gewher 41, and 1 Spotter armed with a Kar98k. 360 MP.

Panzer-Jaeger Team

3x men, 2 with Kar98k, and 1 with a Panzerbuchse 39 AT Rifle. 380 MANPOWER. 25 Munitions.

Opel Blitz

12-Man Transport. 500 MP. 10 FUEL.

Panzer-I Command Tank *REQUIRES ARTERILIE! KOMMAND DOCTRINE
Tank to Command tanks armed with 1x MG13 Machine gun.
520 MP, 25 FUEL.

Now, Waffen-Arbe Kommand

Unit Buildable: Munition Squad.

2x men armed with G41. Recharges Ablitys arround the unit.
300 MP. 25 Munitions.

Upgrades:

L.S.S.A.H Training

All our men are trained by the LSSAH, and gain Vet1.

2nd 'Das Riech'

Our Tanks are trained by the 2nd SS, and gain Vet1!

17th SS -

Our Support teams and Vechicles are trained bu the 17th SS Panzergrenadier Division, and gain Vet1!

GroBsdeutschland Training

(MUst have all 3 upgrades)

All our Troops are trained by the GroBsdeutschland Division, and get Vet2!

You must buy Veterancy Lvl. 3 Seperately for 25 Munitions for Each unit.

Tier 3 - Assault Kommand.

Can build,

Gerbisjaeger -

Elite troops armed with 6x MP40, 1x Scoped Kar98k, Can Throw Molotovs and Pop smoke. 600 Manpower.

SdKfz 223 - Light Unit armed with a 20mm KwK Autocannon. 560MP. 35 FUEL.

PanzerII - Light Tank armed with a 20mm KwK Autocannon.
560MP. 50 FUEL.

StuGIII - Tank Destroyer with a Short-barreled 7.5cm Cannon. 600 Manpower. 60 FUEL.

BEUTEWAFFEN KOMMAND ONLY: Panzer 38 (T)
Light tank with a PaK36 AT Gun, better Tank damge than pzII, but less Iantry damgage.

Then after that,

Panzerkampfwagen Support - 5 Diffrent panzers for you to use!

These are,

PanzerIII 'Stubby'
PanzerIV 'Long-Tom Gun'
Panzerwerfer Halftrack
TigerI Heavy Tank.

And if the Panzer Doctrine is chosen, the 'PaK40' AT Gun can be built here.

PanzerIII Stubby, a Weak version of the PanzerIV IST.
Cost 50MP less than the PzIVIST. Can Upgrade to a 50mm Long-Tom gun, a Flammpanzer, or AA-FlakPanzerIII.

PanzerIV - Tank of the Ostheer,  Armed with a Long-barrel 75mm Gun. Same as WH PanzerIV

Panzerwerfer - Halftrack carrying a 210mm Nebelwerfer.

TigerI - Same cost as WH TigerI call in, and 130FUEL.

And the PaK40, Twice as stron s the WH PaK38, and 1/4 more Expensive.

Doctrines, if you've noticed, 'Panzer-SturmKommand', 'Beutewaffen-Kommand' and 'ARTILIE! Kommand'

Panzer-Sturm Kommand

Panzer-Marsch!
Infantry can now 'Attach' to a tank, Running as fast as it.

88mm Bunker

Plants a 88mm AA/AT Gun inside a Concrete bunker, it can only fire one way, but if HEAVILY armoured, However, one IL-2 Strike will Blast it into Kingdom come.

Panzer-Kommand

Sends a Light combat group of 3x SdKfz.223 AC and 1x PanzerIV into the field.

Other side:

Infilitration

You can now Infiltrate a PE Panzer-Grenadier squad into the field.

Combat-Infilitration

Calls in 3 offmap Captured ZIS-5 Trucks, each carrying 3x Panzer-Grenadiers. [3 Men Version]

Das Elefant

Allows you to one-time cal in a Elefant Tank Destroyer!

ARTILIE! Kommand Doctrine [color]

Nat-So Propaganda Sound Truck

Calls in a Propaganda truck, this causes all units around it to either Run away, Enemies, or fight harder, Allies.

LsFH

Volksturmm Consctructor can now built the Light-Field Howitzer.


Sturmpanzer IV

- Calls in a Brummbar. Fires like a Churchill AVRE.

Other side:

Volksturmm  Constructor

Calls in unit of 6x Prisoner and 1x Volksturmm-SS Officer with a Luger. Constructs many defenes like the LsFH

'

'Artillery-Kommand Spotter'

Allows you to build a Searchlight, this Uncloaks everything in your sector.

'Artillery Support'

Calls in 2x Wespe and 1x Grille Mobile Howitzers to attack the Soviets!

'BEUTEWAFFEN-KOMMAND'

One side:

Scandanivain Support.

Calls in 5xMen armed with Suomi KP-31 SMG's.

Slavack-Support

Calls in 6x Men armed with 6x Streyr-Mannclinner 1935 Rifle.

Medditerainean Men

Calls in a Command unit, 1x German Officer and 5x Men armed with Carcano Rifles.

Other side: Armour Attack.

'Toldi'

Calls in the Hungarian Toldi Tank.

'Hans Support'

Hans-Ulrich rudel looks over the Flight area.

'Salvage'

Your P-P can now Salvage T-34/76 and T-34/85 for our own use!

Panzerwerfer
Type: Support Arty. ( 50FUEL, 300MP)
Role: Anti-Building, Anti-Tank.



the Panzerwerfer would act as the German Kats, firing 8 15cm HE Rockets in quick speed, it would be armed with a MG34 MG For self-defence, and could hold a small squad of 3 Troops inside it.

Upgrades: Flammenbolshevik - Gains the ablitty to fire all 8 of now-incendiary tipped rockets
PanzerkampfwagenMachinen - Replaces the MG34 with a light 20mm Cannon.


Schewerer Gustav (Dora)
Type: Superheavy Arty (200FUEL, 1200MP)
Role: Anti-building support.

The Dora would act as Towed-Arty by a Tiger Tank, after the tank towed it, a squad of infantry would set it up in 5 minutes. It would fire 800mm rounds, cable of penetrating the Soviets IS2, with high splash damg, but would take around 1 minute to reload, and a shiz load of time to turn. When wanting to move, it will be have to take 5 mins to re-pack, and then towed off by it's Modified Tiger, which would have no weapons, septet from a weak Hull MG42.

Upgrades: MG08. - Adds a MG08 to the Dora for personal defence.
Ubercharged Sensor: Adds a Bino' armed Gestapo Sniper, who spots targets, increasing Dora's Accuracy.
