It is, but it doesn't update the version number, leading to lots and lots of confusion.

Your extremely broken and buggy launcher makes people confused as to what version they have. Please make it show us when it worked and when it didn't. It could go in the lower right corner.

I installed 1.11 like 5 times now, and it still won't work.
