General Discussion / CAN NOT SELECT EASTERN FRONT FACTION!

So I got a new more powerful PC with win8 and I wanted to play this Mod again. But when I downloaded this mod through torrent and installed it. I can't select the unique factions. Meaning this mod is now useless. I don't know what I did wrong, or is this mod not compatible with Win8? Is this mod compatible with the new Steam version?

Anyway, I don't know what happen between the installation but i got no error. Just I can't select the new factions.

Any ideas to fix this problem? Thanks guys.
