well i just had a puma with full health and i encounterd a 1 ingenery group and one conscript group and i killed em but then i started to look that it lost like half of its HPs :S now explosions or AT guns/vehicles was nearby so its bit funny in someways

ok so i got this mod and i like but haven't you forgot something?
Since the russian units are relativy cheap and fast to do and comes with 8 soldiers and cost like 200 manpower, meanwhile german units cost 280 and comes up with 5 mans so its pretty unfair. I think you should make russian units cost more or decrease men amount in squad, and another thing is that Pumas and Sdkfz(halfwagen) get instatly destroyed by normal ingenery and conscripts... i dont really think that russians have armor piercing ammo for all units so fix that too
