The Ostheer, DLC, real life issues and the lack of a systems programmer are what have been holding up 1.05.

If I'm interpreting that right, Ostheer's being included in the next patch?

I was curious as to how this would work exactly, would I need to acquire Tales of Valor for me to be able to access the Reward vehicles?
