Fixed it!

Went into the COH properties, Local properties, and then verified local game files.  Now it's working.

I have the same problem, but what is "COH properties"? The folder properties? I'd like to know XD

Also, let it be noted that at the moment when I try to start the game ,to see if these properties are actually in-game, it says i must download a 1.34mb patch, and when i do, it opens the relic downloader client/torrent, then gives me an error that I don't have CoH installed. Which is ridiculous, I just had it open and running
