I do my best to speak english. Good News, i could download the patches today. The game runs and no crashes this time. i think the patch server (?) was down.
[Edit] New Problems. I did one Skirmish match finally. Today every skirmish map i want to load (2vs2) the game crashes in the loadingscreen at 60-70% and win 7 close eastern front. What happens with that ?
Sounds like either; a file was corrupted when patching, or there's an AI issue. Since there's still issues with Soviet AI especially, that causes slowdowns/crashes/other poppycock. A dev will need to confirm this.

Mit den Klängen von ihm, wird der Server, Herunterladen von Patches für das Startprogramm Griffe nicht richtig funktioniert. Obwohl ich vielleicht falsch, wird ein Entwickler brauchen, um dies zu bestätigen. Welche Version von Ostfront hat der Launcher sagen, du bist genau mit?
Und wenn Sie können, versuchen Sie, in Englisch geben, nicht viele hier verstehen Deutsch.

It's good to hear that. EF doesn't need a badass in a red coat that with one shot can turn a bunch of rednecks into killing-machines (yes, I'm looking at you, Dawn of War).
You don't seem to understand 40k's Commisars, but moving on. I'd be fine with breaking surpression or firing faster with rifles, something to make him worth keeping around and shooting your own guys.

Conscripts still have a "build" time (or a delay time if you prefer to call it) so they won't arrive just after you requested them, but a few seconds after.
Then what's even the point of them being a call-in, and no longer built at a building?

This mod wasn't specifically made for Single Player. It was a multiplayer mod to add two new factions, Ostheer and Soviet armies. While single player campaigns are planned, they're currently unfinished and you can only currently do the original CoH campaigns. And yes, you are able to do AI skirmishes against/with the new factions.

I'd really like to see Operations work again, maybe even add new stuff for EF. But by the looks of it, we won't be getting anything like that until Ostheer are at least out.

See, that's the thing. Honestly I'm still falling back on it being an upgrade for KV-1. Make it cost whatever would be balanced.

Maybe we can include it, but the upgrade shall cost fuel and mp/ammo. We will need to discuss it, but it could work.
Maybe a higher MP/Fuel tax on an upgraded KV?
