I tried opening 6p_kiev in the worldbuilder but it wouldn't load because I don't have the correct snow tile, how can I get it?

Nice changes, especially with the conscripts getting rifles, conscript zombies in team games fixed and the improved medic truck.

I like it, dogs will be hard to implement and is not very fitting for a strategy game (but it's really nice in cod), the doctrines could use some rework and what about veterancy? I think they should gain vet from combat like americans or maybe panzer elite it's more fun and realistic that way.

You can change the language in vcoh but that changes the other voices and everything else to German too so i wouldn't recommend it.

But you can however use German speech files with the campaigns. http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=222557

Yeah, Germans can't speak English for shit. You can use some of the German voices from vcoh they are really good.

The command squad is very effective in combat but the fire-up ability is just for a few seconds and then it's on cooldown. The game is pretty much perfect balanced when only facing soviet troops, the problem is in team games.

The men without guns in conscript squads is a problem, the rest has already been addressed in the first patch. They don't need more nerfs.

Upgrades should not only cost munitions, they should minimize ability costs not make them free and cooldowns should be reduced too.

The ISU-2 is fresh meat for paks, schrecks and heavy tanks. If a player gets more than two it means that you haven't pushed him back enough to drain his manpower and fuel income, the ISU-2 is the second most expensive tank in the game.

Yeah fuck the ai, players are a much higher priority. I can't say i've ever needed more than 3 airborne squads but still, limiting units sucks.

Yes they are usually floating lots of munitions, but increasing the cost for mines is not the answer, this would make early game a lot harder. They need something else to spend the ammo on.

x2 Flamethrowers are only 50 ammo and only available if you go urban combat.

If you can't beat computer players that's not the mods fault, also the expert ai cheats like hell, and why would high resources make it easier??

Company of Heroes is a Multiplayer game, playing with bots or campaign is just for practice.

PTRD-teams should be more like light-at halftrack.

The ISU-152 is already a one time call-in.

Unupgraded conscripts are still very useless lategame and you wont have a problem with this if you play with VPs.

I agree, the upgrade system fails on so many levels, upgrades should be there to minimize costs for abilities not make them free, unless you spend a lot of time laying mines you get flooded by munitions because you never need to buy all the upgrades. With only cooldowns limiting doctrinal abilities that means that on a map with very low munitions they can use call-ins all the time when other armies can't. And vice versa on high ammo maps other armies can spam call-ins and all they get is upgrades a bit earlier.
