retreat's functions, the UI, and hotkey are hardcoded to work together. Its either no retreat period, or giving the russians the ability to retreat therby causing force-retreat abilities to work.

For some reason or other, every time i try to start EF, it won't even start the game. i press start on the launcher, and within a few seconds, i get an error report that CoH has crashed.
I am patched up to 2.601 and my system specs have handled N44 on high quality, so im not sure what is happening

methinks the conscripts, what better way to spot snipers than being bait?
Honestly though, perhaps the soviet command squad or the light tank?

i run CoH on windows 7 64 bit, ive never had issues unless its a flat out nutty lag situation (AI jamming the map with dozens of volks and stugs)

Normally pleas to DL a mod before a public release are selfish and impatient. But considering you are going to join the armed forces, i say yes. You have a chance of never coming back, and even though your copy might have a few bugs, at least you got to enjoy it without waiting four years when CoH 2 comes out.

After giving it a few runs, i noticed that the AI on this map performs horribly, to be frank.
The AI in slot 3-4 tends to just build either the barracks, Wehrmacht quarters, or in the case of the PE, nothing at all and just spams builder units and basic infantry and at the same time, have them do nothing at all untill you start attacking.
The AI in slot 1-2 doesn't do anything at all for the first 10 minutes or so other than send the odd squad out to cap a point or two. Perhaps the large size of the map may have something to do with it? problems always rear their ugly head on larger maps from what I've seen.
About the points, I'm with loup, too many of 'em are high, a bit odd for a 4p map IMO.
The map DOES have a LOT of nice pros however, such as detailed trenchlines and a very well constructed city. I did however get a lot of yellow boxes around the trenches, I'm assuming because its because i don't have EF. All in all, a good map, just needs some work

kinda off topic, but fireflies DO reload faster at range, just cracked open corsix and saw the reload time modifiers: Distant: 0.65 Long: 0.65 Medium 1 Short 1.2

i have to agree with loup, i don't want to waste arty or the mortar's time to attack guns i can no longer recrew. The weapons doesnt have to vanish, it could simply have a modifier similar to the allied and axis weapon crews. The guns could simply explode and be wrecks when abandoned. It won't be a perfect solution, but should work untill the dev's can work a way for weapons to be re-crewed.

first off, I'd like to say hello and good job to this fantastic team of modders, their work is inspirational to us all.
Now off to my question, ive read the guide several times, and im still wondering, what do the russians have in the way of supressing the enemy and dealing with supression?
sorry if i've posted this in the wrong section, and thanks for reading this!
