Title: V1.7.2.1 pps glitch or balance?

So in the last few games i've played, i noticed i cannot equip my Gvardiya with PPS's, only SVT-40's when i choose the propaganda doctorine. is this an intentional balancing measure or a glitch? Please explain.

ppsh weapons for guards are avaivable only if you pick a breaktrought doctrine .

Well, when the Command Squad gets the PPS-43, you will instantly know how epic they are at close range, especially when they get vet.  Now, imagine give the Guards access to the same weapon, except you can have more than just 1 squad of them.

I guess that's the reason for it only being available for Breakthrough. :D

Arent PPs' similar to the MP40? So why not limit those as well :P

Well, MP40s are attached to Volksgrenediers.  They're squishy.  The PPSs are attached to the Command Squad and Guards Rifles.  They're NOT very squishy.  I suppose that works out?
