It says 8AM San Francisco time on the Doodle, which is the exact time I'm on at the moment.  I really got to get in the game right now, or else I might not be able to make it at this time tomorrow.  I could TRY getting up a bit earlier tomorrow, but no guarantees.  IMO its unreasonable to expect someone to wake up so early.
