Title: Mod Will Not Start

Here is my system info:

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU    Q6600  @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.4GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM Available OS Memory: 4094MB RAM
Page File: 1725MB used, 6461MB available NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT Display Memory: 2286 MB Dedicated Memory: 495 MB
The mod will not start from anywhere.  All patches base game and mod loaded.  I get a Relic crash report when starting and the update gets aerror message "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or estabilsh a connection failes because connected party host has failed to respond"

I get the same nagware when doing the update check.  It happens from multiple computers.  Is it the server?

Try running the mod as a admin

to do this

Right click the short cut, Properties, Compatibility and tick the Run this program as an administator.

See if that has any results
