As allied?, dose allies have not enough artierly?
free artierlly in 10 minute mark? with an massive amound of area. basically the same one as the defensive arty that fires in Op area only. at allied terroritory.? and the russians can do it any where for free?,
Bunkers said it sgood against russians? but so wat, even defensive bunkers die as soon. as those super accurate MOtar howiesers come out.
then to finsh off any hope the axist have, Commander arty it ..
when you see an MG set up, FIRE UP/your entire army run behind it and kill it?.
FREE artierly is a JOKE..
no race deserves free artierly that is soo powerful it takes out everything with almost no chance to run away.
it should cost 100 munition

Axist officer dose the same artierly , but cost soo much munition. all axist upgrade cost fuel. but axist dont get fuel bonus? why because its how the game blanaces,
Russisans use all upgrade with munition, but unlimited artierly? it should cost.
MOtar howiers with super accurate cells, should cost the same as A V R E tank. or if you dont want that, make it look great, like rocket barrage, and dose no dammage like rocket barrage.. or .. with the same type of dammage as nerbel, its not working at the moment. - if Ostheer, is to have those bunkers , th en whats the point with bunkers when Commanders wil just destory it any way they want, or with. motar howiezers ..
OFF map tanks such as KV2 right now should be limited to 1 only at a time. having way too many in the off map call in with SUPER tanks. that could come in continuesly. with no limitations?

Conscripts are a joke in the firepower department, and they don´t have HMGs. The free arty only works if you decide to stay still instead of being aggressive. OOOOPS, maybe that´s the problem, Wehr players being too passive!

tbh, Command squad's abilities should be unlocked per tier.
Binoculars are T1
Fire up is T2
Officer ARty is T3

agreed, CS gives an edge for the infantry, especially in the opening battles.

havint ters for them is good . :)
also have longer waiting time, and softer fire power for the commander arty. would be advice,
have limited number for russian Super tanks.

My reasoning is that this would encouraging flanking.
At T1, you would need your binoculars to spot for early MGs, and then when you know where it is, you can flank accordingly.
If that's not good enough, T2 isnt far off, tech up and get your fire up.
When things get unbearable, get your T3 and you have your free arty.
Early game in vCoH is all about making the other guy retreat first.
With free arty and fire up from the get go, it's almost an instant retreat off field and the axis need to come back and fight the russians for those already captured points they gave up by losing the first engagement.

I had to retreat my Panzer Grens back to my base. Then, I returned and kicked the shit out of the Soviet player. MP44s mowed down his infantry, and Schrecks and Marders murdered his tanks. The only things holding me in check were multiple Katyusha barrages (as in, three at the same time). Not even the IS-2 in front of me could have survived against two Schreck squads.

by all means, lets balance the mod around a single game Saavedra played yesterday.

Actually, I have played two games. In the first one, the Sov players hunkered down to tech up unmolested. Panther rush did away with that.
In the second one, they spammed conscripts, driving all the Axis players back into their bases. Then, we got MP44s and Schrecks, and the situation was quickly turned around.
I´m not saying you should balance the mod around my experience, but at least it is more than "OP OP OP OP OP OP!"

i agree with Saavedra soviets are pretty much balanced
i aint sayin c-squad arty isnt a bit too good
but if you dont blob too much and dont just bunker in
it isnt that bad
i defeated a few soviets already
and got defeated with them
