Soviet Army is locked, a little help here

After installed d Coh : EF, i'm very excited it was working
n until it was frustrating me when I wanted 2 play skirmish
n d Soviet Army was locked

can any1 give me suggestions in how to unlock it ?

am i supposed 2 reinstall CoH n update d patch all over again / thers's another option ?

Are you sure you have the latest patch? After starting CoH check at the bottom-center of your main menu or open your warnings.log located on "My Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes", there it should say what version you have.

i has patch it until 2.602 but why at the bottom-center of main menu its stated 2.500

Try to login with your online account. Then it should automaticly download the latest patch if not use this side:

You have to install one patch after another not just the latest patch!!!

You have version 2.500 so you need to install patch:

2.500 - 2.501 then
2.501 - 2.502 then
2.502 - 2.600 then
2.600 - 2.601 then
2.601 - 2.602

if at the bottom-center of the main menu is stated 2.500 then you probably have 2.500... and you did something wrong while patching the game.

Ok then let's try it like this: Are you able to play vanilla Company of Heroes in Multiplayer?

I feel weird bacause in ToV stated 2.602 at the bottom but in EF stated 2.500 at the bottom

what do you mean 'vanilla CoH' ?

u mean play with some1 else ? if yes i never try it (LAN) n my relic account is banned (on9)
but play with computer n myself it'll do...
