All know that the Ostheer was the army of 1941-1942. But, on a fight course, after a number of improvements, Ostheer catches up with other fractions.
Improvement of Ostheer occurs by improvement of the basic buildings. In total in each building 3 levels of improvements.
Barracks:1 level – Enables Grenadiers.
2 level - the infantry receives MP40 (initially soldiers are armed with carbines).
3 level - the infantry receives sheaves of grenades, фаустпатроны
